Objective

Objective of the project is to model all the Architectural, Structural, MEPFP need to be modeled in Revit 2020.

Inputs

  • Point cloud data in .rcp format with all supporting files.
  • Revit template.

Scope

The Scope of the project included modeling of the following elements.

Modeling of the building structure:

  • The column/beam parts
  • Roof steel structure
  • Interior/Exterior joinery

MEP modeling:

  • Pipes (5cm diameter only) with valves and flanges
  • Connected/Attached pipes (take into account the slopes of the networks)
  • cable trays (only those wider than 10cm)

Equipment modeling

  • HVAC equipment
  • Lightings

Deliverables:

  • A Complete 3D model of all the internal elements in .rvt format
